Why you need to try Lion’s Mane and B-12

Let’s begin with Lion’s Mane, it is a mushroom more formally known as Hericium erinaceus, which is an edible and medicinal mushroom belonging to the tooth fungus group. Native to North America, Europe and Asia it can be identified by its long spines, its appearance on hardwoods and its tendency to grow a single clump of dangling spines.

One of the benefits of the this fantastic mushroom is it reducing mild anxiety, I have tried this before and it personally has been a game changer for me. I know take it almost everyday.

It also treat Dementia and Ulcers. Additionally, animal studies have found that lion’s mane may help protect against Alzheimer’s disease, a degenerative brain disease that causes progressive memory loss.

It also helps against mild cognitive dysfunction.

Now we will move on to Vitamin B-12, a majority of people have a deficiency of B-12 due to not getting enough from their diets. I personally had this problem which led me to brain fog and other cognitive issues. I then started looking for an alternative because I was not getting enough through my diet and vegan’s for sure are not getting enough because it mainly comes from red meat, eggs, and other sources of protein. Nonetheless, I found a bio available compound from a company named Vegansafe, they are a fantastic company that produces high quality B-12 supplementation.
